If you are anything like me you might find it hard to get your nutrition in on a very busy work schedule. I don’t have the time to sit and eat breakfast at 6am before I go to work. Then I have to feed the kids and get them ready for school. And after that I have to let the cat in and feed her. Everybody else get fed first. And before you know it the time to leave the house and crept up on you! The other issue is then when I’m travelling around the country. I might be getting a train to Dublin at 6am or leaving in the car to be somewhere by 9am. Breakfast is always my challenge and I’m sure it is for everyone else too. So here is one of my tips:- a healthy shake

Something you can tote in the car or a knapsack, that doesn’t require cutlery, napkins, or a fancy tablecloth.

Something healthy, packed full of nutrients — fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and healthy fats. And easy.
